SHIPPING FEE: If the shipping fee is not noted, I ship paper and small items within the USA via USPS Priority Mail for the current USPS flat rate + $1.00 (rounded up to the nearest dollar). The little extra is to cover packing material and PayPal fees). PayPal's shipping calculator does not always properly calculate the shipping cost. I will combine multiple item orders into one and refund any overpayment on shipping fees of $1.00 or more. Likewise, I may invoice you for any additional amount (if $1.00 or more is needed). If you find an item with no PayPal "buy" button (or the button does not work), please contact me ASAP with your request. Some of my files (usually1 -3 page files) may be available as a PDF download. If you prefer this method, let me know when you order (there's a place for special instructions in the order form). If I send the PDF file, I will refund the amount charged for shipping.
