Zenith "Desk Set" Clock radio

Here's a functional piece, two pen holder, the radio/clock swivels 360 degrees. This appears to be an example of a custom order item as the nameplate is blank. I can find no model number (but the chassis # is; 8YT56Z9). I suspect it was from some executive catalog to be made up as a gift with someone's name engraved in the brass plate which is blank.

I can print a name or inscription  on special gold foil which can be placed in that blank name plate for a nominal fee if the purchaser desires.
