circa 1933, a marvelous piece of engineering for that era considering the size of electronic components, tubes etc.

A full feature table model super-het radio, power transformer circuit, 3 gang tuning condenser, 5 tubes, excellent performance all stuffed inside this spherical shaped radio that measures only 8" diameter! The power transformer, speaker and rectifier are in the pedestal.

The globe & base are made of heavy Bakelite, the knobs and trim are cast metal plated with 22 karat gold.
