Circa 1923, a 3 - tube single tuned TRF receiver. The company entered the radio market in early 1922 with a crystal receiver know as the Federal Jr. Later that year they introduce several other battery models. Any of the early types of Federal receivers are fairly scarce and highly sought after by collectors. Other desirable models are: 57, 58, 59, 61, 103 & 141.

Federal made other (now hard to find) highly desirable pieces  pieces of early radio equipment; detector and amplifier units such as this model 2 stage amplifier.

Exceptionally nice, all original except the tube socket assembly rubber suspension has been replaced with the proper material. Very clean, original finish with only minor blems and scratches. Transformers are original and the radio works well.

Includes 3 working UX-201A tubes (not the tubes shown in the pictures).
