Circa 1930,
General Motors only made produced home radios from 1928 - 1931.
All were on the "upscale" expensive side and the "Little
General" is probably the least expensive AC operated set of the
line. I have restored the electronics in the above example but
the cabinet still has the original finish. Well shielded 6 tube
TRF circuit that performs quite well.
I also have the "Smoking Stand" remote control accessory that I
will restore and post later. |
