all done!

Circa 1935, this tiny set (measures only 7.5" wide) has been completely restored. The above represents a long time restoration effort of an eBay purchase made three years ago.  It was severely damaged when I bought it on an eBay auction. The condition was far worst than represented. Much time and effort has gone into restoring this little Jewell and it has turned out excellent. I have rebuilt the busted cabinet and re-painted it. In the process I have reproduced the knobs and the grill by making molds to fabricate new ones. The paint is professional, hand rubbed and looks like a factory finish. The back cover is one of my reproductions also. I really like these little sets, that's why so much time was devoted to the restoration. The chassis has been completely rebuilt as well using all the original parts except for the under chassis capacitors etc. My usual  electronic restoration has been performed also. The set works and sounds like new.
