Circa 1949, like it's distant
cousin, the Philco 90
cathedral radio is considered the consummate cathedral, this little
7" screen TV, is the "poster child" for the 1940's era
television receiver.
A heavy little set although small,
it weighs in at 45 lbs. Has a robust power transformer chassis
(most 7" sets were had series strung heaters). Features 18
tubes, intercarrier sound and 3 IF stages.
