Zenith G660 "Twin-Seven" radio/phono ca: 1949

Appears pretty much like the common radio-phonograph combination units that were popular in the late 1940s & early '50s ... but it's not. No this little beauty features the the Zenith "Cobra" arm pick-up system and more! What's really unique about is; the record player. It only plays 7" records; 45 RPM and 33-1/3 RPM. The mechanism utilizes two small turntables with a common tone arm and drive system.

The radio is a standard AC/DC, AA-5 super-het with one extra tube for the "Cobra" cartridge circuit.

The above has been sold.
