RCA Radiola AA-485 Long Distance Concert Amplifier

Circa 1922, made by Wireless Specialty, this rare item is worthy of note and seldom seen in radio collections. It was touted at the time of manufacture that it was the most sensitive  broadcast device developed. Features: 5-stages of fixed RF amplification plus vacuum  tube detector. With regeneration, two of the stages serve as additional AF amplification stages, giving it the performance of 8-tubes and will drive a loudspeaker. The Radiola AA-485 was designed to work with the Radiola AR-1382 tuner (also made by Wireless Specialty) and it's my understanding that it is similar to the Radiola Special. Corrections and additional info would be appreciated.
