RD Instruments Model 1575 Tube Tester built by Hickok for Bell Labs same as Western-Electric KS-15750-L2

Beautiful condition which has  been serviced and calibrated by yours truly. This is an exceptionally clean instrument which apparently has been stored in a clean, favorable environment as there was no dust or contamination of any type in the unit. It appears to have been used very little as the tube sockets are all very tight. The original roll chart (dated 1958) operates very smoothly and lists all the popular Western-Electric tubes.

Here's a list of some of the service performed:

• Selenium stack (used in bias circuit) replaced with SS diodes & appropriate surge resistor.

• All capacitors replaced.

• All resistors checked and the few that were off value replaced.

• New power cord.

• Calibration carefully and meticulously performed.

• A variety of tube types with known values tested for comparison.

• Includes my high quality re-print manuals; operation & test data supplements.
