About; the Precision 10-54 "Test Master" is so called because its not only a fine tube tester but also a Multimeter. Precision refers to their test platform as; Electronamic. Although not a true Mutual Conductance tester, its certainly a cut above the more common emission testers. The '10-54 features Precision's cathode conductance test method The included obsolete and supplemental tube test set-up manual provides settings not on the roll chart. It includes nearly all consumer tubes from the mid 1920's - early 1960's (big pin, octal, loctal, acorn, 7 & 9 pin miniature). Many military & industrial numbers are listed and most of the popular Western-Electric types such as the 300b, 350B & 274. Also included are many foreign types plus others numbers most tube testers will not test.
