My room was getting full, with a center row diving the room right through the middle.  It was hard to accommodate more than a couple of people in the room with this arrangement. I've been thinning out my collection over the last few years.  I have now removed the center row,  added a stereo system and a couple of comfy chairs.  My room is now  more  livable  and enjoyable.
