A real beauty with a gorgeous engraved metal front panel.
I started a restoration on the above over a year ago. The first and only thing I got done was to replace the original wire harness assembly. The old was cloth covered and snaked though-out the radio. Underneath the cloth outer cover, the wiring was all fused together in pretty much a solid mess and had become quite hard and brittle. I removed all the original wire harness making (carefully I thought) a map of what wire went where. Then re-wired with original modern replacement type cloth covered wiring. When all done, the radio did not work! Checked all the common things including the audio transformers, all checked good. So I concluded that I made a mistake somewhere in the new wiring harness and set it aside.
I no longer have the ambition, desire or time to finish the project and am offering for sale as-is for someone else to finish.
