A small depression era, small mantle radio with 2 stage TRF circuit plus detector & rectifier. What's unusual about this radio is the cabinet. It looks like its made of leather but is really pressed paper. These are hard to find in good condition as high humidity or a damp basement would cause the case to delaminate.
