The Sprague Tel-Ohmike line are considered by many as the top-of-the line for vintage capacitor analyzers. The TO-6 checks for leakage by applying up to 600 volts to the capacitor under test. It will check capacitor values from 1 pf to 2000 uf. Other features; test for turns ratio (for transformers), capacitor power factor & insulation resistance from 50 to 50,000 megohms in two ranges.
