Philco; reproduction Neon look disc advertising
sign.
Patterned after the original 1930s Neon sign as shown
above.
This sign is made using the standard 15" PAM
type body. You may order the sign (with or
without) the "bubble" lens or just a face for same.
The "bubble" (convex lens) is not really
necessary unless hanging in a dusty or dirty
environment.
I patterned
the Neon look disc sign after the original
(quite rare) Philco Neon counter-top sign
which measured approx. 14" diameter. I use LED
lamps for the light source. I chose to use
Philco's standard advertising slogan instead of
the reference to a musical instrument.
